Garment Production Incharge

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Coordinator to support our growing fashion production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing materials, streamlining production processes, supervising the production team, and ensuring efficient, high-quality execution of our collections. You will also be responsible for managing production documentation and contributing to the development of new collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

• Source all required materials, fabrics, trims, and production supplies in line with project timelines and quality standards.
• Research and identify new materials and suppliers to support innovation and the development of upcoming collections.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records of patterns, technical documentation, and production booklets.
• Assign daily tasks to the master cutter, tailors, and handwork specialists, and follow up consistently to ensure all work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Supervise the production team at all times, including tailors, master cutters, and handwork specialists, ensuring high-quality execution of designs and efficient workflow.
• Oversee daily production operations, monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Provide detailed production reports and performance updates to management on a regular basis.
• Support the planning, development, and organization of new collections in coordination with the design and production teams.
• Uphold rigorous quality control standards across all production stages to maintain product excellence.
• Assist with general production operations to ensure smooth, organized, and efficient daily processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production, operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of materials sourcing, production processes, and garment construction.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate production teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of production management tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with high-end fashion production standards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
