Job Description:

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Manage inventory, production planning, and raw material procurement.
• Implement efficient processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Lead, train, and supervise factory staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor machine maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Prepare regular reports on production, efficiency, and operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in factory operations, preferably in carpet/textile/flooring manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control, health & safety standards, and factory workflows.
