Role Overview

We are hiring a Production & Sampling Coordinator to manage execution across sampling and bulk production. This role is responsible for BOM execution, procurement coordination, stock control, scheduling, floor organization, and timekeeping, ensuring smooth daily operations.

This is a coordination and execution role, not design or client-facing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved BOMs for sampling and production
• Coordinate material procurement strictly as per approved BOMs
• Manage stock control (inward, outward, order-wise allocation)
• Plan, track, and close sampling schedules
• Prepare and monitor production schedules (weekly & monthly)
• Track WIP and ensure smooth workflow between departments
• Maintain organized sampling and production floors (zoning, labeling, discipline)
• Track daily progress and flag delays early.
• Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and overtime records
• Coordinate with QC to ensure smooth quality flow
• Update order status, material status, and production progress daily on ClickUp
• Maintain all trackers and reports accurately in Excel

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in garment sampling / production coordination
• Strong understanding of BOM, fabrics, trims, and garment workflow
• Excel proficiency is mandatory (trackers, reports, calculations)
• Comfortable updating tasks and statuses on ClickUp
• Organized, firm, and execution-focused
• Comfortable working on the factory floor

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
