Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive
and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Gas Safe registered engineers who have experience in boiler repairs and breakdown diagnostic work. Plumbing experience would also be required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Boiler breakdown and fault finding
• Boiler servicing and general maintenance
• Landlord gas safety checks
• Emergency water/gas leaks.
• General heating and plumbing issues
• Installation of new sinks, toilets, baths.

- Experience in Unvented systems would be advantageous

- Experience in domestic, social and private housing

- Driving License and own tools (essential)

- Seeking engineers within the M25 and greater London

Qualification and Skills:

• GCSE or equivalent
• Gas Safe registered (preferred)
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating
• CSCS Card
• UK Driving Licence (required)
• Minimum 3 years experience in domestic plumbing an heating (required)
• Minimum 2 years experience in Gas boiler diagnostic (required)
• G3 Unvented
