Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Gate Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis in Langston, Alabama. The Gate Attendant will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the facility, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and property.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points at the facility gate.
• Verify identification and credentials of visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate logs of all vehicles and individuals entering and leaving the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and answering basic inquiries.
• Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the gate area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with directing traffic and parking as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in security, customer service, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
