As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Set schedule: 40-hour work week.
  • Shift: Grave/Day Mix: 12AM to 8AM: Thursday & Friday/8am to 4pm: Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You provide critical access control in the gatehouse, on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, and handling deliveries as needed. You may be asked to provide regular foot patrols of the property safely, as needed.
  • You are proficient at working with computers and other electronic tools to help fulfill your duties.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • You have at least a HS/GED diploma or transcripts in hand.
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
  • If you have at least 1 year of Security experience, or Military/Law Enforcement.
  • You have a current PILB on hand.
  • You are strong in using computers and electronic equipment.
  • You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
  • You have excellent people skills.
  • You have the physical ability to stand, walk, or sit throughout your shift, and handle any weather conditions.
  • You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • You have strong work ethic!
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
