Gate Officer Warehouse

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce all Gate Management SOPs for inbound and outbound movements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and verification of vehicles, goods, and personnel entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Maintain real-time recordkeeping in the ERP system as per company protocols.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and relevant teams to ensure smooth gate operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety and security guidelines.
• Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or violations immediately to the Supervisor/Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain organized logs, gate passes, and relevant documentation for audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse gate control, security operations, dispatch, or related roles (FMCG industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Gate SOPs, documentation flows, and ERP-based operations.
• Excellent observation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in handling high-volume traffic with accuracy and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
