Gate Operations Officer

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
- Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
- Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
- Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and means of communication
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform frequent walking, standing, and movement throughout the shift, including routine patrols and moderate physical activity in all weather conditions.
