Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team. The officer will serve as the first point of contact for guests and members, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while regulating access into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer phones and accurately input information into pass and access systems.
• Collect monies for passes when required.
• Contact members to verify guest information and maintain security protocols.
• Coordinate with members and guests to address security concerns promptly.
• Ensure that access into the community is properly regulated and monitored.
• Maintain logs and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior customer service or security experience preferred.
• Stable work history and professional reliability.
• Ability to operate independently while exercising sound judgment.
• Pleasant, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
