Your Role

  • You will conduct in‑depth analyses of fragrance compositions, raw materials, and performance using advanced analytical techniques (GC/MS, GC/FID).
  • You will interpret GC data and contribute to accurate formula reconstitutions.
  • You will apply strong olfactory skills to support analytical interpretation and fragrance reconstitution.
  • You will collaborate with the Global Analytical Team based in Dubai.
  • You will interact closely with perfumers, providing analytical insights, data transmission, and technical support.
  • You will support the daily maintenance and operational reliability of GC/MS/FID equipment.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams such as Perfumery, Evaluation, Compounding, Applications, and Global Innovation.
  • You will maintain and develop deep knowledge of fragrance raw materials, both analytical and olfactory.
  • You will independently lead key internal or client analytical projects.
  • You will communicate technical findings clearly and effectively across functions.

About you
  • You have strong knowledge of GC techniques, including GC‑FID and GC‑
  • You bring foundational understanding of bacteriology and basic training in aromatic chemistry and analytical methods.
  • You possess solid knowledge of fragrance raw materials, both from an olfactory and an analytical perspective.
  • You demonstrate strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • You demonstrate good general knowledge of metrology.
  • You show strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling clear interpretation of complex data.
  • You work with responsiveness and a structured methodological approach.
  • You operate with a high level of rigor and precision in all tasks.
  • You have strong observation skills and natural curiosity, essential for analytical work.
  • You enjoy teamwork and collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners.
