About Position:

We are seeking an experienced GCP Data Engineer / BigQuery Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform’s big data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions using GCP services such as BigQuery, BigLake, GCS, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and Pub/Sub. This role requires strong SQL and Python skills, the ability to work with large datasets, and a strong focus on performance, data quality, and security.

What You'll Do:

• Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using GCP services such as:
  • BigQuery
  • Dataflow
  • Cloud Composer
  • BigLake
  • GCS
• Implement real-time streaming solutions using Pub/Sub.
• Develop robust, scalable, and secure data processing systems on GCP
• BigQuery Development & Optimization
• Design, develop, and optimize data models, transformation logic, and analytical queries in BigQuery.
• Improve query efficiency, cost optimization, partitioning, clustering, and data modeling practices.
• Work with large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
• Data Quality, Security & Governance
• Ensure strong data quality through validation, monitoring, and automated checks.
• Implement proper access controls, IAM roles, encryption standards, and GCP data security best practices.
• Maintain metadata, lineage, and documentation for all data pipelines.Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with analytics, ML, and engineering teams to integrate data into analytical and AI/ML use cases.
• Collaborate on model training and data preparation workflows using Vertex AI (experience preferred).
• Partner with business teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture or enterprise application consulting
• Strong cross domain experience with ServiceNow modules and integrations
• Deep understanding of ITIL v4, enterprise service management, and digital workflows
• Experience leading large, multi domain, global ServiceNow programs
• Mandatory Certification(s)
• CSA, 2 CIS (any streams),Advanced domain certs (e.g., ITOM Pro),CAD, CTA or CMA
