Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced GED RLA (Reasoning Through Language Arts) Teacher who is skilled in online teaching and capable of handling challenging students with patience and professionalism. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-centered teaching approach, and the ability to engage learners in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality online and/or onsite GED RLA classes.Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with GED curriculum standards. Teach reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and essay writing effectively.

Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Handle tough and slow learners with patience, motivation, and strategic teaching methods.

Maintain student engagement through interactive teaching techniques.

Provide academic support and counseling where required.

Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional classroom conduct.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.

Proven experience in online teaching (mandatory).

Prior experience teaching GED, IGCSE, O-Level, or similar programs (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage tough students with patience and professionalism.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

IELTS Qualified (Preferred)
