We are seeking a passionate and creative Gelato Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gelato production and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional gelato using our high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce various gelato flavors, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, equipment adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production and service.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and gelato.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Gelato Chef or in a similar role within a culinary environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of gelato-making techniques and ingredients
• Strong creativity
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for ice cream, gelato, and dessert culture.
