Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the tendering process, including reviewing tender documents, preparing bids, and submitting proposals.
· Manage the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through to project delivery.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
· Ensure that all proposals and bids are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
· Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of resources throughout the sales cycle.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the tendering process.
· Participate in customer meetings and presentations as required.
· Prepare regular reports on the status of tenders and sales activities.
· Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•Experience: 5-10 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or GEM operations.
•Skills:
1. Strong understanding of GEM portal and tendering processes.
2. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
3. Good communication and coordination abilities.
4. Knowledge of Telecom Industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
