Gen AI Developer

Ø Proficiency in Python and experience with generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Semantic Kernel).

Ø Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure), and data interoperability standards.

Ø Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion.

Ø Lead and mentor a team of generative AI engineers, fostering growth and innovation.

Ø Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven solutions for data exchange.

Ø Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI applications using approved generative AI tools and frameworks.

Ø Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and security standards.

Ø Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Ø Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new use cases for generative AI in health information interoperability.
