Gen AI Developer Specialist

We are seeking a AINative Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Java, Oracle, and AWS cloud engineering to design, build, and operate AI first solutions across Fannie Mae’s STEM ecosystem, with deep integration into SimCorp Dimension, finance technology platforms, and AWS based AI services. This role assumes AI is a core engineering capability—embedded into development, testing, operations, and business workflows—to increase velocity, reduce KTLO, and safely modernize mission critical financial platforms. Key Responsibilities AI & Automation Develop and support AI enhanced automations for CI/CD, incident management, and operational workflows (runbooks). Integrate generative AI/LLM based capabilities into applications and pipelines. Drive AI adoption within Apache Airflow, including intelligent workflow optimization and alerting. Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) over SimCorp related documentation, runbooks, reconciliation rules, and operational knowledge Cloud, Infrastructure & Resiliency Build and maintain solutions using AWS services including Windows and Linux EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS Oracle, CloudWatch, and IAM.
