GEN AI Scrum Master
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge with Scrum Master experience in complex technology programs
- Familiarity with AI / GenAI delivery life cycles and experimentation models
- Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and team coaching skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
- Work as Product Owners and work with Architects to convert AI use cases into executable stories
- Track risks, dependencies, and impediments specific to AI delivery
- Manage Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and delivery dashboards
- Ensure Definition of Done includes quality, validation, and governance for AI solutions
- Communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders
Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000 per year
