GenAI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gen AI Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have practical exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agent AI systems, and will play a key role in building scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications and services with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).




• Develop and implement Agentic AI systems, enabling autonomous agents to plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks.




• Fine-tune, integrate, and optimize LLMs for real-world business use cases.




• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into existing and new products.




• Implement prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance, accuracy, and reliability.




• Integrate AI applications with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).




• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI frameworks, tools, and best practices, and proactively apply them to product development.




• Contribute to documentation, testing, and performance optimization of AI solutions.
