Job Description

Architect, build, and deploy GenAI models using LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
Develop RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and fine-tuning workflows.
Operationalize AI solutions leveraging Azure/OpenAI/AWS Bedrock or similar platforms.
Integrate GenAI services into enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native tooling.
Drive experimentation, POCs, and model evaluations to accelerate adoption.
Establish governance, model monitoring, and performance optimization practices.
Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact use cases.

5–8+ years in software engineering or data engineering, with direct GenAI/LLM experience.
Hands-on expertise with Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, embeddings, vector search, and transformers.
Strong understanding of RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and multi-modal models.
Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
Proven ability to scale AI solutions in production environments.
Solid grasp of CI/CD, GitOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML).
Background in NLP, machine learning, or deep learning research.
Knowledge of API security, compliance, and enterprise data governance.
