As AI continues to reshape the global workforce, we are seeking a forward-thinking GenAI & Prompt Engineering Specialist to lead our new AI training initiatives. You will be responsible for developing curricula and delivering high-impact training to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and update course modules for Generative AI, focusing on LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), Image Generation (Midjourney, DALL-E), and AI automation.
• Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging in-class and online training sessions for diverse age groups, from teenagers to corporate professionals.
• Prompt Engineering Mastery: Teach advanced prompting techniques (Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot, etc.) and their practical applications in business and creative workflows.
• AI Integration: Assist the Academy in identifying ways to integrate AI tools into our own administrative and marketing workflows.
• Student Mentorship: Guide students through hands-on AI projects and provide feedback on their progress.
• Workshops & Seminars: Lead free introductory workshops and "AI for Beginners" sessions to drive community engagement and enrollments.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field (Equivalent practical experience in AI will be considered).
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI ecosystems and hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering.
• Teaching Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training, teaching, or public speaking (Education/Training sector preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, jargon-free English.
• Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI-generated work or successful AI-driven projects.
• Tools: Proficiency in AI tools beyond just chatbots (e.g., Zapier/Make for AI automation, Canva Magic Studio, or GitHub Copilot).
