GenAI Tech Lead

Job Purpose

Leads the design, integration, and fine-tuning of generative AI models into products and services, ensuring scalability, ethics, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

· Define architecture and design for GenAI use cases (e.g., LLMs, image generation).

· Guide team in prompt engineering, model tuning, and evaluation strategies.

· Integrate GenAI components into enterprise platforms and applications.

· Ensure responsible use of generative models with governance and risk controls.

· Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence in GenAI delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Master's in AI or Data Science is a plus.

Experience: 4 years

Key Competency Requirements

Technical Skills:

· Deep understanding of GenAI stack: Transformers, RAG, diffusion models.

· Hands-on experience with LangChain, vector stores, and cloud model APIs.

Leadership & Architecture Skills:

· Ability to lead full-cycle development from ideation to deployment.

· Design scalable GenAI solutions aligned with business value.

Soft Skills:

· Mentorship and team guidance in a rapidly evolving space.

· Strategic thinking with cross-functional communication.
