A kitchen technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing kitchen equipment and appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair: Kitchen technicians perform routine maintenance and repairs on various kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances. They troubleshoot issues and replace faulty parts as needed.
• Installation: They are responsible for installing new kitchen equipment and ensuring it is set up correctly and safely. This includes connecting appliances to electrical and plumbing systems.
• Documentation: They maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts and tools. This documentation helps in tracking the performance and condition of kitchen equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all kitchen equipment complies with safety standards and regulations is a critical part of the job. Technicians must swiftly address any unsafe conditions and report them to supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing kitchen appliances, understanding electrical and plumbing systems, and using diagnostic tools is essential. 1

AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing certain equipment and facilities, including air conditioning systems and units, water-cooling systems, and refrigerators within client’s own facilities, including those that operate all day long.
