General Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in ERP systems, have strong knowledge of FTA requirements and corporate tax filing, and be capable of managing day-to-day financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, and bank statements.
• Manage VAT submissions, FTA filings, and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Assist in corporate tax filing and ensure timely compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Process and record transactions using ERP and accounting software.
• Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven UAE experience in accounting (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of FTA regulations, VAT, and corporate tax filing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
