Key Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant for at least 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills with Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Quickbooks
- Additional certification (CPA)
Main Responsibilities
: Manage all accounting transactions
: Prepare budget forecasts.
: Publish financial statements in time.
: Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
: Ensure timely bank and VAT payments.
: Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
: Audit financial transactions and documents.
: Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups.
: Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
: Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
: Comply with financial policies and regulations.
