Royal Smart Limousine LLC is a leading provider of premium transportation services in Dubai. We are committed to operational excellence and are looking for a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards.
- Manage VAT filing and other tax-related matters as per UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports using Odoo ERP.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and ensure timely payments.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP is a must.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT compliance, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
