Job Title: Accountant – Freight Forwarding

Location: AL MANKHOOL, DUBAI, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for an Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the finance team.

INTERVIEW WILL HAPPEN IN-PERSON TO CHECK EXCEL SKILLS - LOOKUPS, PIVOT, DATA ANALYSIS, SUMIFS, ETC

WORKING HOURS - 8 AM TO 5.30 PM - MON TO FRI

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry of accounting and operational transactions
• Preparation and reconciliation of accounts
• Generating and issuing invoices
• Monitoring receivables and assisting in credit control
• Supporting internal audits and compliance
• Coordinating with operations and management for financial updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry (mandatory)
• Preferred knowledge of JBM accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of credit control and reconciliations
• Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Freight Forwarding: 2 years (Required)
