General Accountant

Through our innovative brand GLOE, we offer cutting-edge electrified shop fitting systems that bring functionality, flexibility, and elegant design to retail spaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Record daily transactions, invoices, payments, and receipt.

Prepare bank reconciliations and petty cash statements.

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE VAT laws.

Ensure timely collection and follow-up on receivables.

Support audits and provide required documentation.

Prepare and verify SIF files and coordinate with banks for WPS submissions.

Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1-2 year of accounting experience in UAE

Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
