Job Overview:

Don Vapes is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/CPA to oversee financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial operations, monitor company performance through structured reporting, and support strategic decision-making with reliable financial data.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

Generate financial reports as required by management

Utilize Odoo and Zoho for accounting and reporting

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Proven accounting experience (retail/e-commerce experience is an advantage)

Strong knowledge of Odoo and Zoho accounting systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
