Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin & Accountant to manage financial records, support administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in accounting and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports
• Handle invoicing, billing, and petty cash
• Assist with payroll and bank reconciliations
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting or finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
