Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally and ERP systems, with a primary focus on accurate and efficient data entry and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in Tally and ERP systems
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
• Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Accountant
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally and ERP systems (mandatory)
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
• Experience in contracting/construction companies is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of VAT and local financial regulations
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
