General Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. We do cater architectural interior designing and we specialize in hand-applied, eco-friendly finishes with sleek, minimalist designs, using premium materials like lime plaster, clay stone plaster, microcement, and rammed earth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be skilled in managing financial records, processing progress invoices, and utilizing accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Process progress invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update financial records according to accounting principles.
• Prepare monthly and year-end reports and assist with audits.
• Reconcile accounts and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide support for tax filings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions and financial activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with progress invoicing and related financial processes.Knowledge of HR policies (payroll, benefits, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, variance reporting, and budgeting.
• Payrolls and some HR works (related to manpower)
