Job Summary

TEAM THAI Detergent Manufacturing LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently. Candidates with an ACCA or CMA qualification and up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage petty cash and maintain accurate cash records.

Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.

Prepare cheques and process online fund transfers.

Monitor daily cash flow and prepare fund flow reports.

Follow up on customer collections and outstanding receivables.

Maintain proper accounting documentation and document control.

Prepare accounting memos and financial reports.

Process utility bill payments and tenancy-related transactions.

Handle monthly payroll and salary processing.

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments as required.

Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

ACCA or CMA qualified.

Up to 3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
