Job Title: General Accountant (ACCA / CA Qualified – Zoho Books Expert)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant with strong expertise in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate must be ACCA or CA qualified and capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT where applicable
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ACCA or CA qualified (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate or multi-entity environment
• Familiarity with other accounting tools or ERP systems
• Experience in handling audits and financial controls
