General Accountant (Holiday Homes )

K4 Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Accountant to manage financial operations across its divisions—Ustay Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C and K Four Technical Services L.L.C. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in QuickBooks, and the ability to manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesUstay Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C

• Manage full accounting operations using QuickBooks.
• Prepare rental income calculations for property owners.
• Generate and issue Monthly Owner Statements and Settlement Reports.
• Process weekly payments and maintain updated records.
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Reconcile revenues from various payment channels including booking platforms, bank accounts, and payment links.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely posting of all rental and operational transactions.

K Four Technical Services L.L.CAccounts Payable

• Perform LPO balance reconciliations and ensure accurate purchase recording.
• Conduct vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the monthly Pay Run, ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Assist with processing supplier invoices and updating AP ledgers.

Accounts Receivable

• Record and post daily collections in the CRM according to reports shared by the AR Executive.
• Ensure timely revenue recognition and customer collection postings.
• Monitor outstanding balances and coordinate follow-ups when needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in accounting.
• Experience in Vacation Home / Holiday Home industry is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multi-entity accounting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
