General Accountant (Tagalog Speaker)

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a General Accountant to join our team in Dubai.

What you will be doing:

• Manage transactions;
• Manage compliance with all tax and financial requirements of Dubai and the UAE;
• Prepare budget forecasts;
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings;
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
• Ensure timely bank payments;
• Payroll processing and payments;
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns;
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements;
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity;
• Support Audit financial transactions and documents;
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary;
• Comply with financial policies and regulations;
• Handle day-to-day accounting activity, both receivable and payable, to maintain financial accuracy;
• Prepare statements and follow up payment;
• Prepare & submit quarterly VAT returns for Company;
• Process Payroll & WPS for employees;
• Handle cash/petty cash balance;
• Execute & complete the tasks assigned by Managers & seniors.

What we are expecting from you:

• Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in UAE in construction or real estate industries;
• Fluent in English;
• Must be available in UAE;
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
