General Accounting Executive - KSA

A leading client in the KSA is seeking a General Accounting Executive to join their finance team. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
(EXPOSURE IN CONTRACTING PROJECT BASED COMPANIES WILL BE PREFERRED)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Post journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Analyze and classify financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure accurate closings including rental, prepayments, and accruals.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset register and perform reconciliations.
• Post inventory journal entries and perform monthly inventory closings.

Performance Indicators:

• Timely and accurate reconciliations.
• Zero unreconciled balances at month-end.
• Month-end close within 5 working days.
• Accurate audit schedules submitted on time.
• Compliance with accounting standards.
• Contribution to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Finance / Accounts Graduates (All nations shall apply).
• Experience: 3–5 years in construction industry or other Contracting Project Based Companies
• Strong knowledge of GL functions and closing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
