Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similar
Must Have Skills:
- Oversee the daily work among the team members
- Prepare MIS reports and dash boards
- Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders (Internal & external)
- Effective management of SLAs & KPIs
- Good exposure in to escalation management
- Having prior experience in to performance management
- Ability to handle audits (Internal & external)
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliation
- Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client
- Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Should be able to perform Customer account / statement reconciliation
- Review timely inputting or matching, accuracy, completeness and reconciliation
- Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions
