We are seeking a proactive and highly organized General Administrator to oversee daily office operations, manage documentation, handle contracts and quotations, and facilitate effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes and support the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure a productive work environment.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for company employees, including contracts, agreements, and other official records.
- Handle the preparation and processing of quotations for clients and internal use.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Support in procurement activities and inventory management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support team operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in handling documentation, contracts, and quotations.
- Basic understanding of client communication and customer service.
- Proficient in computer skills
- Able to work independently when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
