1. General Administration Management: Oversee reception, mail/courier services, and visitor reception; manage drinking water supply, office environment, office supplies, and meeting support; supervise locker rooms and employee service centers; coordinate parking space allocation and vehicle services; and manage the archiving of important company licenses, documents, and materials.
2. Logistics Support and Vendor Management: Manage restaurant operations, including conference and VIP dining; oversee cleaning, landscaping, and solid waste management; and administer dormitory facilities (if applicable).
3. Assets, Expenses, and Process Management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of company fixed assets (from requisition to disposal) and the accounting, settlement, data analysis, and cost control of administrative expenses. Lead the development and optimization of administrative management systems and workflows, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, corporate regulations, and local business practices.
4. Team Development and Performance Management: Responsible for the training, motivation, and performance management of administrative and logistics team members.
