General Administrator

We are seeking a responsible and organized General Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations of the institute. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordination between departments, record management, and support in overall institutional management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the institute
  • Maintain student, staff, and institutional records accurately
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record organization
  • Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and institutional activities
  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, notices, etc.)
  • Ensure proper office discipline and administrative support
  • Monitor attendance records of staff and students (if applicable)
  • Support admission and inquiry processes
  • Handle basic office supplies and inventory management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administration or office management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly

Basic computer knowledge, including:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Management Sciences or related field
  • Experience working in an educational institute or office environment
  • Knowledge of basic reporting and data entry systems
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
