GENERAL ASSISTANT - FC01

Key Result Areas:

1. Responsible for timely identification of shop floor problems so that they are resolved immediately.
2. Follow guidelines and specification on volume, cost, machine operation, Quality & Safety to minimize wastage and improve profitability of items processed.
3. To perform manual tasks related to logistics, sorting, washing and finishing sections, so as to meet the product specification and schedules.
4. Operate a variety of the state-of-the-art equipment without compromising safety in accordance with the SOP's and be responsible for maintaining a clean working environment.
5. Comply with all quality assurance policies by ensuring all items processed are of high-quality standard and accurate in counts and to highlight any discrepancy/issues.
6. Print patch labels, assign, scan and create order using the existing computer database to ensure proper identification of garment throughout the dry-cleaning process.
7. Responsible for disseminating the information from the clients to the Team leaders or relevant staff.
8. Adhere to guidelines related to personality, uniform, hygiene and attitude in dealing with customer to maintain a professional approach.
9. Comply with Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities Standards.
10. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while upholding Company's Quality Policy.
