General Attendant

• To be responsible for the Health and Safety of all visitors whilst on shift

• To assist in the completion of all daily/weekly/monthly statutory operational checks.

• Assist in the delivery of a first-class customer service to set standards.

• To provide a point of contact for all customers, including giving advice, managing complaints,

• answering queries, and providing documentation both by telephone and in person.

• Support on outreach and promotional activities to promote the venue’s services.

• Confidently upsell the venue’s products and services across the venue and match customers to them.

• Follow Normal and Emergency Operating Procedures.

• Work flexibly in line with the needs of the business at peak flow times, evenings, and weekends.

• Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers and visitors, presenting a positive impression of yourself and the venue.

• To respond to & resolve issues as they relate to customers and the venue in all aspects.

• To ensure that all customers, staff, contractors, and visitors meet the Health & Safety regulations.

• Assist in the cleaning and tidying of the whole venue (inside and outside areas)

• Issuing of hired equipment and fleet bikes to paid customers.

• Monitoring locker and bike storage usage

• The setting up and breaking down of equipment.

• Inspecting, servicing, and maintaining equipment, including the bike fleet

• Collecting the used equipment kit and washing it ready for re-use

General Carry out all duties regarding relevant legislation and the Modon policies and procedures, including:

• Health & Safety Policy

• Standing Orders and Financial Regulations

• Equality and Diversity and related policies

• Sustainability
