- To be responsible for the Health and Safety of all visitors whilst on shift
- To assist in the completion of all daily/weekly/monthly statutory operational checks.
- Assist in the delivery of a first-class customer service to set standards.
- To provide a point of contact for all customers, including giving advice, managing complaints,
- answering queries, and providing documentation both by telephone and in person.
- Support on outreach and promotional activities to promote the venue’s services.
- Confidently upsell the venue’s products and services across the venue and match customers to them.
- Follow Normal and Emergency Operating Procedures.
- Work flexibly in line with the needs of the business at peak flow times, evenings, and weekends.
- Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers and visitors, presenting a positive impression of yourself and the venue.
- To respond to & resolve issues as they relate to customers and the venue in all aspects.
- To ensure that all customers, staff, contractors, and visitors meet the Health & Safety regulations.
- Assist in the cleaning and tidying of the whole venue (inside and outside areas)
- Issuing of hired equipment and fleet bikes to paid customers.
- Monitoring locker and bike storage usage
- The setting up and breaking down of equipment.
- Inspecting, servicing, and maintaining equipment, including the bike fleet
- Collecting the used equipment kit and washing it ready for re-use
General Carry out all duties regarding relevant legislation and the Modon policies and procedures, including:
- Health & Safety Policy
- Standing Orders and Financial Regulations
- Equality and Diversity and related policies
- Sustainability
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
