Adventist Health Portland’s Northwest Heart Center seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our cardiovascular team, practicing in Tillamook, Oregon, with the support of our established Portland-based cardiac service line.

You will be integrated into a physician-led cardiovascular service line with strong subspecialty depth and a collaborative APP model.

While your clinical home will be in Tillamook, you will have direct access to Portland-based cardiologists, procedural teams, and system-wide infrastructure for consultation, referral coordination, and collaborative care.

Position Details:

Practicing Full-time, 36 patient contact hours per week at The Plaza, an outpatient clinic offering the balance of coastal lifestyle with tertiary-level cardiac backing.

Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
