General Clerk Representative - Accredo - Remote

Are you detail‑oriented and motivated by meaningful work that supports patient safety? As a Pharmacy General Clerk, you’ll play an important role in supporting adverse event (AE) reporting by ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity for the Clinical Operations team.

What you'll do to make a difference:

• Support the reporting of adverse drug events and product complaints in compliance with FDA and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Accurately enter, track, reconcile, and report AE data across multiple systems
• Respond to internal, non‑clinical AE inquiries through shared Outlook mailboxes
• Partner closely with telephonic nursing teams while following established policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and team priorities
• Support onboarding and training of teammates as needed

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of data entry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
