General Construction Worker

We are seeking skilled and reliable Commerical Remodeling person to complete a Hotel renovation project. This role requires an all-around tradesperson who can handle everything from initial demolition to final paint touch-ups. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, clean, and experienced in full-room transitions.Key Responsibilities

• Demolition & Prep: Safely tear out existing materials and prepare the workspace.
• Ceiling Scraping: Remove outdated acoustic/popcorn ceiling texture cleanly.
• Drywall Installation: Hang and secure new drywall panels neatly.
• Mudding & Taping: Tape joints and apply mud to a seamless finish.
• Wall Texturing: Apply uniform texture matching existing home surfaces.
• Painting: Prime and paint walls, ceilings, and trim cleanly.
• General Installation: Install basic trim, baseboards, and hardware.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in drywall finishing and painting.
• Tools: Must possess own hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Skills: Strong eye for detail, especially during mudding and sanding.
• Reliability: Punctual, respectful of property, and committed to deadlines.
• Cleanup: Responsible for daily debris removal and dust control.
