Job Title: Account Coordinator – TAC

Position Summary
The Account Coordinator provides essential support to the Account Management team in the delivery of crew accommodation and transportation services for our client. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, facilitating communication between internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all account-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Wizz Air Account Management team.
- Coordinate logistics and booking processes across various internal departments.
- Act as a liaison between Wizz Air, hotel partners, and transport providers to ensure accurate and timely service execution.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on booking issues, service feedback, and provider performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with preparing reports and account-related updates.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining service quality standards.
