General Coordinator cum Purchasing Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive General Coordinator cum Purchasing Officer to support our online-only restaurant / delivery kitchen. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage procurement, and ensure smooth workflow across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage procurement of ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Support planning and organization of catering orders or bulk deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Pr3epare reports on purchases, inventory, and operational activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Coordinator or Purchasing Officer; experience in catering, restaurant, or delivery kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory and procurement systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office or relevant software.

Benefits:

• Salary: QR 5,500 monthly (full package)
• 1 duty meal per day
