We’re looking for a General Counsel to lead our legal and compliance function, safeguard the company’s interests, and enable smart, scalable growth across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on legal professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands startup dynamics, and can translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, corporate structures, and labor law.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating diverse types of agreements.
• Business-minded approach with the ability to balance risk and opportunity.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in startups, real estate, or cross-border operations is a strong plus.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across Mnzil’s entities and operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts — from commercial agreements to employment, real estate, and investment documents.
• Advise leadership on corporate governance, risk management, and legal strategy.
• Liaise with external counsel and government authorities (MISA, ZATCA, MOC, RERA, etc.) to ensure compliance and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, partnerships, and international expansion.
• Develop internal policies, templates, and processes to ensure legal alignment across departments.
• Stay updated on local and regional laws affecting startups, real estate, and tech operations.
