General Counsel / Lawyer

This person should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human resources, finance, and communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the General Counsel should be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity, profitability and efficiency.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes,

- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field,
- Has 5+ years of work experience,
- Advanced spoken and written legal language in English,
- Preferably worked in the legal departments of companies and/or worked in large offices providing legal consultancy to companies in the law office center,
- Experienced in reviewing, negotiating and/or preparing contracts (Purchase, Procurement, Service, License),
- Have trial and case file follow-up experience,
- Experienced in providing legal opinions to the questions asked by the relevant units within the scope of the company's field of activity,
- Experienced in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Rental Law, Contract Law, Real Estate Law, Labor Law, Company Law and Contract Law
- Drafting company corporate documents and managing all corporate law processes,
- Provide consultancy to the directors, managers and the other personnel for variety of commercial and corporate issues that might bear legal consequences, assess legal risks, address issues mainly related to commercial law.
